Day 1 – Sail for Mustique

After arriving at your yacht, meet your Captain and crew. Settle in your cabin, and after a brief safety meeting, your yacht charter sets sail from St. Vincent for Mustique.

Mustique is a small private island that is the playground of the world’s most elite. Mustique has been a favorite vacation spot of the British Royal Family for years. While on Mustique, enjoy a drink at Basil’s beach bar after an island tour. Also, be sure to see Britannia Bay.

While visiting Mustique, play golf or tennis, go horseback riding, or lounge at the white sand beach. Many of the island’s luxury resorts and villas offer spa services, yoga classes, and wellness retreats for relaxation.

Day 2 – Salt Whistle Bay on Mayreau

On Day Two of your Grenadines sailing itinerary, awaken to the aroma of coffee gently wafting through the air. This is mingling with the delicious scent of freshly baked muffins. As the Caribbean sun rises over the horizon, you’ll immerse yourself in the beauty of a brand-new day.

With a steaming cup of coffee in hand, you step onto the deck of your yacht. The gentle swaying of the yacht under the morning breeze adds a soothing rhythm to the experience. It’s a morning unlike any other, where the world is your oyster, and the possibilities are boundless.

Your destination is Salt Whistle Bay, a hidden gem nestled at the northern tip of Mayreau. A small strip of land protects this serene haven from wind and waves. Saline Bay is another beautiful place to anchor.

Salt Whistle Bay is a revelation, a slice of paradise that has garnered accolades from renowned travel authorities. National Geographic christened it “Paradise Found,” and Conde Nast Traveler gave it the prestigious title of a “Top International Beach.” These accolades testify to this idyllic bay’s sheer beauty and serenity.

As your yacht glides into the bay, you see the soft, powdery sands stretching along the shore. Mayreau’s lush, verdant hills provide a dramatic backdrop, creating a picture-perfect setting that seems almost too surreal.

Salt Whistle Bay is more than just a destination. Because it’s a sanctuary for the soul, where time stands still. Moreover, the world’s worries melt away with each passing wave. The combination of natural beauty, impeccable hospitality, and culinary delights makes this bay a treasure trove to explore.

Day 3 – Petit St. Vincent

Petit St. Vincent is your next overnight, stopping at Mopion & Pinese. Gorgeous pink coral sand encircles these low-lying islands. Stroll along untouched beaches or stay on board and enjoy the views from the deck of your luxury yacht.

Today is an excellent day to use your yacht’s water toys. Kayak, SUP, snorkel, jet ski, and more. If you are unsure how to use a toy, the helpful crew will show you how.

Day 4 – Tobago Cays

Once you anchor at Tobago Cays, spend the day snorkeling and diving at the five small islands. Since your vacation is about relaxing, take some time to rest on deck with a good book. Or, look for wildlife like sea turtles and marine birds.

Have lunch (maybe a beach barbecue) and jump in the warm water for a refreshing swim.

Day 5 – Tobago Cays | Grenadines Sailing Itinerary

On day five of your Grenadines sailing itinerary, spend additional time exploring.

These islands are famous as a snorkeler’s and diver’s paradise, and it’s not long before you understand why. The inviting waters, crystalline and transparent, beckon you to dive in and discover the hidden treasures beneath the surface.

The focal point of your aquatic adventure is the Tobago Cays Marine Park. This expansive 50-square-kilometer sand-bottomed lagoon is a sanctuary for a diverse marine ecosystem. With snorkel gear in hand and excitement in your heart, you descend into this underwater wonderland.

But not just fish inhabit this marine paradise; the Tobago Cays are renowned for encountering gentle sea turtles. As you snorkel through the warm, welcoming waters and blue lagoons, you may find yourself in the company of these ancient mariners, gracefully gliding through their natural habitat.

Day 6 – Canouan | Grenadines Sailing Itinerary

Sail for Canouan. Go ashore and dine at one of the island’s bars and restaurants like Shenanigan’s or Foxy Jacks. Book a spa treatment at the Mandarin resort, or enjoy a round of golf and the marina.

Canouan also offers pristine beaches, water sports, and lush hiking trails. Pink Sands Beach is a stunning sight with its pink-hued sand. Snorkel to explore vibrant coral reefs. Or, tee off at the challenging Grenadines Estate Golf Club.

Luxury resorts like the Pink Sands Club provide indulgent experiences, while local exploration in Charlestown offers a taste of Caribbean life. Canouan’s central location is a gateway to island-hopping adventures.

Day 7 – Bequia

On day seven of your Grenadines sailing itinerary, visit Bequia. Bequia, the second-largest island in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, is a hidden gem in the Caribbean. Pronounced “Beck-way,” this tiny island, spanning just 7 square miles, offers an authentic Caribbean experience.

The island’s heritage blends African, European, and indigenous traditions. Explore the local craft shops, art galleries, and the Bequia Maritime Museum to explore the island’s history and culture.

Port Elizabeth is the main town and harbor of Bequia. It is a hub for visitors and locals, offering services, shops, restaurants, and access to the island’s various attractions and activities.

Indeed, Bequia is a scenic, laid-back island where you can visit the ruins of an old fort and a turtle sanctuary. Travel to Admiralty Bay, where the waterfront shops, restaurants, and model sailboats are outstanding. For excellent service, ask for Curtis’s Taxi.

If time allows, stop at nearby Petit Nevis.

if time allows, visit Chatham Bay. It is on Union Island, part of the nation of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean Sea. Take a short sail home to the marina on St. Vincent. Return home with many beautiful memories and make plans to come back soon.
