Split, Croatia

Day 1 | Split

A city with a 1,700-year-old tradition and various monuments is uniquely positioned as a modern Mediterranean city. Among these is the well-known Palace of Diocletian, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Day 2 | Island Vis and Blue Cave – Modra Splija

The first destination is Vis Island and Bisevo. You’ll also visit Blue Cave or Modra Spilja, a cave accessible only from the sea. The island has several caves, including the famous Blue Cave in Balun Cove. When the sun shines through an underwater opening, the sun’s rays shine into the Blue Cave, reflect from the sea bottom, and illuminate the cave with blue and silver colors. After a peaceful day, depart to Vis old city port and spend the night.

Day 3 | Hvar Island and Pakleni Otoci (Hell Islands)

Arrival at Hell Islands, located on the south side of Hvar Island. You won’t believe your eyes when you see how clean the sea is on Hell Islands. The afternoon is spent at anchor before we make our way to the old town harbor of Hvar. There is no doubt that Hvar is the sunniest island and place in all of the Med Area. Hvar has a unique cultural and historical heritage and is an acclaimed tourist resort. Of course, the nightlife in Hvar Town offers some of the finest cocktail bars, which can be found on the coast, and some excellent seafood.

Day 4 | Korcula Island

Sail to Korcula Island and anchor in front of Scedro Island. Scedro is said to be identical to the ancient island of Tauris.

The bays on Scedro are fantastic for relaxing and sunbathing. In the afternoon, depart for Korcula Island, known as the birthplace of world known adventurer Marco Polo. You will be visiting his birth home and museum. Korcula is an island with a long history, starting from the Neolithic, Roman Empire, and the Venetians. Korcula offers excellent wines and seafood in many restaurants and taverns.

Day 5 | Dubrovnik and Mljet

Sail to Mljet from Korcula, Mljet being an island seemingly lost out on the open sea. You mustn’t let this landscape (which is so fascinating to literary figures like Homer and St. Paul) go unnoticed. You’ll find a lot to explore with a visit to the National Park Mljet, including the salt lakes, a very special geological and oceanographic phenomenon. Up until the Christian era, these lakes were salt water. Dubrovnik has the best nightlife in the entire Mediterranean.

Day 6 | Elafiti Islands | Croatia Itinerary Split to Split

After the Dubrovnik old town tour, set sail to the Elafiti Islands. The group includes the following islands: Jakljan, Sipan, Ruda, Lopud, Kolocep, and Daksa (some also include Lokrum). As well as several smaller islands – Olipa, Tajan, Crkvine, and Sveti Andrija (St. Andrew). Sunbathe and enjoy lunch before we sail towards Ston.

Spend a peaceful night and taste some delicious local seafood.

Day 7 | Return to Split Base

If you are not tired, you will tour Diocletian Palace and the church of St.Dujam. Its cathedral has a beautiful panoramic view of Split and the nearby islands.
